Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today dubbed as speculation the media reports that TRS MPs such as K Kavita and a couple of others joining the BJP Government at the Centre.
Addressing the media at NKM Grand Hotel here along with Bandaru Dattatreya on Sunday, Venkaiah Naidu asked the media to abstain from making mediations on behalf of political parties on joining the Centre. “There is no such proposal and the TRS leadership did not talk to either Prime Minister Narendra Modi or me in this regard”, Venkaiah stated. “No, such talks were held and mediapersons should observe restraint in making speculations of this kind and write what has actually happening”, he advised.
Asked whether he would invite the TRS if it wants to join the BJP Government at the Centre, Venkaiah refused to react stating that it is not the time to do so. (NSS)
