TRS indirectly helping MIM in GHMC Elections: Kishan Reddy

Bharathiya Janatha Party Telangana State president and Amberpet MLA G. Kishan Reddy said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was committed to change the face of Hyderabad into a global city, and BJP- TDP combine would win more than 100 seats in GHMC election.

Participating in a meet the press programme, organized by the Press Club of Hyderabad at Somajiguda on Wednesday, Kishan Reddy said that TRS party has been encouraging the ‘operation akarsh’ concept to attract other political party leaders into TRS. While TRS had come to power in Telangana State, it is depending on other political party leaders who migrated to it, to win GHMC elections, he said.

He added Hyderabad is a sensitive place, 86 ISIS supporters were organizing illegal activities in the city, to disturb peace and unity among the people. He likened KCR government administration to a tollywood movie ‘Aaha naa pellanta’ and said KCR had adopted Patigadda colony as part of Swacha Hyderabad, but development activities were not being taken up in the colony, he said, adding Patigadda colony was an example of TRS government’s lack of development of Telangana State.

He alleged TRS and MIM parties were delaying the metro rail project in Hyderabad, and MIM party had mislead the old city people to stop development activities in old city. TRS party would indirectly help the MIM party in the GHMC elections and both TRS and MIM parties colluded to win the GHMC elections. Responding to the comments of KCR on PM, he said KCR was insulting not only the PM but also the people of India. KCR government was concentrating only on publicity, not on the development activities,

Assurance to Citizens

He promised the people of GHMC to develop Hyderabad city under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He listed out the projects and amounts sanctioned by the Central government to Telangana State, and given an assurance to the Hyderabad people to provide safety from terror activities, and anti social elementals, under the leadership of Narendra Modi. Kishan Reddy said BJP and TDP leaders would start door to door campaign in GHMC limits from January 17, and hoped the BJP, TDP combine would win more than 100 seats in the elections. BJP party was working on the lines of Indian traditions and culture, he said and added the Prime Minister would come to Telangana in February to launch development activities.
