BJP MLA and party’s deputy leader in Telangana Assembly NVSS Prabhakar today alleged that the TRS government was playing with lives of the students.
Speaking to the media at State party office here on Thursday, Prabhakar said the State government failed to take precautions in conducting examinations and leakage of EAMCET-II paper shows that the minister concerned has no control on the system. Therefore, Chief Minister KCR should come out on this development, he demanded and warned that his party would not keep quiet if the government failed to take stern action against those responsible for leakage of this competitive paper.
The way accused Rajgopal visited corporate educational institutions and Secretariat gives room for apprehension that there are bigwigs behind him as hundred crore of rupees involved in this scandal, the BJP leader alleged and said the accused was earlier arrested in a similar case. “Though Chief Minister KCR is politically emerged “strong” after encouraging defections from other parties, but the functioning of his government indicates that he is a “weak CM”, Prabhakar quipped and said corruption and irregularities in the government are coming to light one by one.
Meanwhile, BJP activists staged protests near Basheerbagh against leakage of EAMCET-II paper and burnt an effigy and raised anti-government slogans. (NSS)
