TRS Govt. not competent to issue notice to Naidu – Acham Naidu

Minister of A.P. State, Mr. Acham Naidu after addressing a press conference at the end of cabinet meeting at Secretariat yesterday told that he had given an opportunity to Telangana Govt. to give an undertaking in writing that they are not tapping the telephone of Mr. Chandrababu Naidu for which 24 hours time was given. However CM, Home Minister or Police Officials did not respond to it which clearly shows that the telephone of Mr. Chandrababu Naidu was tapped in Hyderabad which is a common capital for both the States. He further said that there is a clear evidence of it and 88 cases has been registered in various police stations of A.P. State. All these cases have been entrusted to investigating agency which has constituted Special Investigation Team. The investigating agency will issue notice to CM of Telangana and take legal action. He contradicted the news reports published in the media that Govt. of A.P. withdrew policemen from Hyderabad whereas 45 battalions of A.P. Police are serving in Hyderabad. If need be police stations would be setup at various places in Hyderabad. He said that there is a provision in the act for this purpose which will be fully utilized. He also said that after demanding written declaration, Govt. of Telangana has become panicky. Investigating agencies have been asked to keep evidence confidential. He mentioned that a fake case was registered against TDP MLA and he was arrested without informing Election Commission. If Election Commission issued instructions, the case registered against Revanth Reddy would become false. He said that TRS Govt. is committing mistake after mistake indulging in the fire of revenge. CM of A.P. never telephoned TRS nominated MLA, Mr. Stephen. The voice which has been recorded is not of Mr. Chandrababu Naidu. ACP of Telangana contradicted that it has not released the voice record to media and therefore there is no need for expressing any reaction on it. CM of Telangana has hurt the sentiment of the people of A.P. by tapping the telephone of Mr. Chandrababu Naidu. TRS leaders and CM of Telangana are misleading the people about Section 8 of A.P. Reorganization Act. If this section is not acceptable, it will be deemed that A.P. State is not been bifurcated. Governor is expressing his inability claiming that guidelines have not been issued by the Central Govt. By doing so the Governor is discriminating the people of A.P. by supporting the wrong steps taken by Govt. of Telangana.
