The Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Monday postponed its Executive Committee’s meeting to November 30.
The TRS Executive Committee was originally scheduled to meet on Tuesday. However,in view of the Special Session of State Legislative Assembly on SC/ST Sub-Plan, the meeting has been postponed to November 30. Similarly, party’s Palle Bata programme has been postponed from November 30 to December 5.
Meanwhile, TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao has announc ed that he would support the State Government’s move to give statutory status to Sub-Plan for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. It may be mentioned that a special session of Legislative Assembly has been convened on November 30 and December 1 to debate and legislate
the SC/ST Sub-Plan prepared by a Cabinet Sub-Committee and approved by State Cabinet earlier. (INN)
