Tricolor Trifle


3 Tbsp Milk

1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 Tbsp Custard Powder

Kiwi, chopped

2 Tbsp Sugar


1 Cup Milk

Orange, chopped

Banana, chopped


Prepare Custard Mix:

Mix cold milk with custard powder separately in a bowl and keep aside.

For Making Custard:

Put milk on stove and boil it well with the required quantity of sugar.

After little boiling add the Custard Mix on slow stirring so that lumps do not form.

Stir and cook well for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.

Add vanilla essence for fragrance.

Bring to simmer and pour the custard in a bowl and let it cool till room temperature.

Prepare Tricolor Trifle serving:

Finely chop fruits like Kiwi, Bananas and Orange.

In a serving glass, place the kiwi fruit at the bottom and pour some custard over it.

Then add bananas in the middle topped again with custard.

On the top place the orange pieces.

Pipe out the thick crème on it and refrigerate for some time.

Serve this beautiful trifle cold.
