Hyderabad: The most awaited “TREDA Property Show” to fulfil the aspiration of thousands of people looking to buy a dream home or a plot is back in the city. The three-day gala Event “TREDA Property Show” has kick-started today at HITEX Exhibition Ground, Hyderabad and was inaugurated by Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister for Roads & Buildings Legislative affairs and Housing, Govt of Telangana in the presence of dignitaries from TREDA and the industry.
The Real Estate Sector in the Telangana state and particularly Hyderabad has continued to gather increasing pace in both – office and residential space. Hyderabad indicated a sustained and substantial growth with most of the multinational companies setting up operations in the city.
The robust infrastructure and availability of a large talent pool is a prime consideration, thanks to the Telangana Government’s incentive schemes and policies such as, a single-window mechanism for the registration of businesses, Land Records Updating Program, modernised civil security systems, integrated IT ecosystem, that made Hyderabad a flagship destination in the country.
Over 100 Real Estate Companies, Banks, Financial Institutions & Suppliers are participating in the Property Show. Real estate companies would be displaying their range of properties suited to various classes of customers.
Well-known financial institutions like State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance Ltd, IIFL Home Finance Ltd would be setting up their stalls, offering their home loan products. Suppliers will display their products and services integral to the real estate industry.

Hyderabad has witnessed the highest ever half-yearly sales in the previous three years and the resurgence of the residential real estate continued with sales increasing by 65 per cent in H1 2019 on a year on year basis. At TREDA Property Show, we primarily focus on presenting a wide range of properties that suits the budget of varied prospective buyers”.
