On Thursday, Labour Minister P T Parameshwar Naik said, that he has urged Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy to ply special BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitian Transport Corporation) buses in select routes for the benefit of women working in garment factories.
The Transport minister Ramalinga Reddy has assured to ply special buses for women, as soon as possible. Speaking to reporters after interacting with party workers at the KPCC office, he said that the Labour department has identified three important routes of K P Puram-Silk Board junction, Magadi road-Mysuru Road and Peenya-Dasarahalli.
