Training programme for Sectt. Staff

Hyderabad, January 05 (INN): Chief Secretary Pankaj Dwivedi inaugurated the in-service training programme for the Secretariat officers here on Wednesday.

The training would be imparted to the staff from Assistant Section Officer to the Additional Secretary level for improving capacity building.

“Our focus has been shifted and our efforts should be to refocus our attention. Note files are becoming bulkier”, Dwivedi said while inaugurating the training programme, according to an official release here.

Special Chief Secretary (GAD) Ms Minnie Mathew said that formal training is required to put things in proper perspective. As Secretariat is the epicentre of the Government, proper training is essential and suggested that group discussions are needed to get feedback from the trainees.

Additional Director General, MCR HRD Institute, Ajoyendra Pyal described the event as a re-orientation programme. The Institute is conducting the in-service refresher training programme 258 Assistant Section Officers and 525 Section Officers and will be for 20 days, according to an official release. (INN)
