Train coach derailed at Kurla railway station

Mumbai (Maharashtra): A coach of ‘Kalyan-116’ train derailed at Kurla Railway Station while entering platform number three at 8:52 pm on Sunday.

The restoration work was soon completed and train services resumed normally. An investigation is underway.

SK Jain, DRM, Central Mumbai Division, said, “An enquiry is being done about this. Our safety officers are here. Nobody is injured in this incident and there has not been any impact on the daily traffic due to this incident. No trains have been cancelled because of this.”
