The City Police has imposed certain restrictions on the movement of vehicular traffic at Nampally and MJ Market junction in view of the ongoing metro rail works which have reduced the carriage way.
The metro rails works have resulted in slow movement of vehicular traffic in between Nampally-Taj island-Ajanta gate-MJ Market.
Therefore, the District RTC and Private buses plying in the above stretch will be diverted at AR Petrol bunk with a request to take alternate route via., BJR Statue-GPO Abids-Bank Street-Andhra Bank-Putlibowli-Rang mahal junction-MGBS. The vehicular traffic plying from Alaska and proceeding towards Malakunta will be diverted at Bamboo adda with a request to take route via., Malakunta lane-Ajantha gate.
The general commuters whose destination is after MJ Market have been requested to take the alternate route as mentioned above to avoid traffic congestion. (INN)
