The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee has decided to extend full support in the relief and rehabilitation works in the cyclone affected areas of Andhra Pradesh.
The decision was taken in an emergency meeting of TPCC held at Gandhi Bhavan here on Monday. The meeting was chaired by TPCC President Ponnala Lakshmaiah and attended by other senior leaders. It has been decided to send medicines, food and water packets to the affected areas. Further, the Telangana Government has been urged to help the AP Government in restoration of communication and power.
Ponnala has appealed to all sections of the society to donate generously for the rehabilitation works in affected areas. (INN)
