The TPCC organised State formation day celebrations on grand scale here on Friday at Gandhi Bhavan. TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy unfurled the national flag.
Speaking on the occasion, Uttam extended state formation day celebrations greetings to people of Telangana. He thanked AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi for fulfilling the aspirations of the Telangana people by conceding the separate state.
Speaking to the media later, TPCC vice-president Mallu Ravi alleged that there was no social justice in Telangana. The Telangana has become a captive in the hands of KCR family, he said and alleged that the KCR was ruling the state in royal manner. No people in the state were celebrating the state formation day except KCR family, he said.
AICC secretary V Hanumantha Rao has said that the TRS would not get even 11 seats in the next elections. Except Telangana there was no other state which handcuffed the farmers across the nation, he said. He asked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to stop magic of words at least now. (NSS)
