Toyota has been reportedly chosen as the ‘Most Valuable Brand’ in the automotive sector by Interbrand for the second year in a row.
According to Interbrand’s list of top 100 most valuable brands for this year, Japanese car giant Toyota takes the most coveted top position, followed by Mercedes at number two.
Automotive brands filled 14 of the top 100 places, with Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and BMW leading the way in 10th, 11th and 12th place, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
The Interbrand list also placed Toyota at the top of the ‘World’s greenest brands’ in June.
The top 10 automotive brands which feature on Interbrand’s list of ‘Most valuable brands’ include:
