Too busy restoring normalcy in J-K to spy on Omar Abdullah, says PDP

Jammu, Sept. 4 : People’s Democratic Party leader Abhijeet Jasrotia said on Friday that the state government was just too busy trying to bring Jammu and Kashmir back on track to take time out to spy on former chief minister Omar Abdullah.

“It is really hilarious that our ex-CM is saying such a thing. I would just like to say one thing, that for the past five to six decades, the apathy that he (National Conference) have done, has left the state so distorted, that we are busy trying to bring it back on track. So, we don’t have time for all this,” Jasrotia told ANI.

He added, “I don’t know why the media doesn’t show the good side of Kashmiris. Local Kashmiris have saved the lives of many pilgrims during the latest cloud burst, and no media covered it. They chose to cover a Pakistani flag being waved in Jammu and Kashmir instead.” (ANI)
