Togadia launches ‘ek mutthi anaaj’ scheme

Jaipur: Vishwa Hindu Parishad working president Praveen Togadia today launched what he termed ‘ek mutthi anaaj’ scheme and urged activists to collect one fistful of grain every month from each house to feed the poor.

There are several poor and helpless people in the country who sleep on empty stomach. Accordingly, VHP has taken this initiative on Mahashivratri to help such people through the scheme, Togadia told a gathering here.

He said serving helpless people will be a true service.

Togadia is on two-day tour to the city to take part in various religious events.
