TMIe2E Academy launches its first ECC in city

TMI e2E Academy, a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) partner company today launched its first Employability Counselling Centre (ECC) at Secunderabad. Speaking after the launch, TMI e2E Academy Managing Director T Muralidharan said ECC was the first of its kind in India, targeted at rural and semi-urban graduates and was the latest innovation from the academy which truly represents the motto of education to employment. ECC will be a full-fledged information and facilitation centre for all jobs for graduates and non graduates with 0 to 2 years of work experience, Mr Mualidharan said the Job Personality Fitment Test (JPFT) would help the candidates to find out what kind of jobs will suit for their personality.

The Academy plans to provide employment to 18,000 candidates. Though the focus will be on BA, BSc and BCom graduates and also work for ITIs and diploma holders and engineers based on the requirement from the employers, he said. TMI e2E Academy Vice-President Mr Peter Ballem said the Academy will launch six ECC centres in the next three months in Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Bhopla. UNI
