There was a partial response to the bandh called by the Telangana Students’ Joint Action Committee after a student of Osmania University suicide committed on Wednesday. Except for some intermediate colleges all the educational institutions, schools and colleges worked as per schedule.
A B.Ed student Santosh had committed suicide in Osmania University campus demanding Telangana formation, following which TJAC had appealed to educational institutions to observe bandh which witnessed little response on Thursday.
