Hyderabad, December 10: (Siasat News) Incharge of A.P. Affairs, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad has remarked that the time has come for taking a decision on Telangana issue. He instructed the C.M. to reach, New Delhi today. He also declared that disciplinary action would be taken against the M.L.A’s who violated party whip. He hinted at the reshuffle of cabinet after Telangana issue is resolved. Two years ago, seeing the deteriorating health condition of Mr. K. Chandra Sekhara Rao, Home Minster Mr. P. Chidambaram had announced on 9th December 2009 the decision to form Telangana state.
Exactly two year later, Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad made an announcement that the time has come for taking a decision. The consensus of the leaders has been done to larger extent and this is the right time for taking a decision. He expressed his pleasure on the defeat of ‘No Confidence Motion’ moved by the opposition. He thanked all those leaders who voted against the motion in order to save the Govt. He said that after consulting A.P. Congress President, suitable action would be taken against the M.L.A.’s who voted in support of the motion. He contradicted that Chiranjeevi is annoyed with the party as his supporters did not get any berth in the A.P. Cabinet. Mr. D. Srinivas has become very active. He is likely to be made the Chairman of Telangana Development Council which is being proposed.
