YSR Congress official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu has said that both the Congress and the TDP were trying to beat the tiger in its own den.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, he said when the tiger (Jagan) throws it paw, these parties would have to run for their lives. He has expressed confidence that his party chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy would come out clean of all the allegations.
Rambabu has alleged that both the ruling Congress and the opposition TDP were resorting to mud slinging at Jagan as they were unable to digest the public support he was commanding. Stating that there were conspiracies to damage the image of YSR Congress and its chief, Rambabu has said that democratic agitations would be launched if attempts were made to suppress Jagan. He has expressed confidence that his party would sweep the by-elections. He said Congress and TDP would not even get their deposits back.
Referring to the advise given by Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal to Y S Vijayamma to mend the ways of her son, Ambati has said she needed no one’s advise. He said if Rajagopal could, he should advise his party chief Sonia Gandhi to get his son married as was the Indian custom as he was being groomed as the future prime minister of the country.
Rambabu has alleged that the ruling party was trying to terrify the cadres of YSR Congress, by getting false cases foisted against them.
