Three women were today killed when a big chunk of earth caved in at Narayanpur in Jamtara district, the police said here.
The incident happened when some women were digging earth in the afternoon, the sources said.
The bodies were recovered from the debris.
The police apprehended at least two other persons, who accompanied them, might have been buried in the incident.
