The Amberpet police has arrested a three-member gang, which was making fake currency notes.
East Zone Additional DCP has said that they seized Rs 90,000 worth fake currency notes, a printer and a computer from the gangsters. He said that one Srinivas Reddy from Karimnagar, Rajashekar from Adilabad and Venkat Reddy from Mahbubnagar have formed into a gang, preparing fake currency notes and distributing them in the market.
The crime came to light when the police arrested the accused while they were roaming in Amberpet area in suspicious manner.
