Shimla, April 11: Three persons were killed, while two others were seriously injured when a car fell into a gorge at Sandhu area near Theog, 45 Km from here today, said the police.The occupants of the ill-fated car were traveling from nankheri in Rampur area to Shimla, police said.
The accident took place when the driver lost control over the maruti car carrying the five persons, and veered off the road and fell into a deep gorge.
Three persons, including two women, died on the spot while the two seriously injured were admitted to civil hospital at Theog. The deceased had been identified as Kaihar Singh, Sandipana and Bela Devi, all belonging to Baina village of Nankhari of Shimla district.
