Three died and two were seriously injured while cleaning oil tank

Three labourers died and two were seriously injured after they accidentally inhaled the toxic vapours, while cleaning an oil storage tank of Govardhan Oil Industries at Gaganpadad of Shamshabad on Saturday evening.

According to RGIA police, the victims were identified as Madhav (27) Jhadav (30) who were brothers and Suresh (27) all are native of Orissa. While the injured Vizat and Sanjay were taken to a private hospital and are said to be in serious condition in ICU. All the five who were cleaning the oil mud inside the tank, failed to take any precautions. They inhaled the toxic vapours coming out of the tank.

RGI Airport police registered a case against the Management of Industry under sections 304 A and 337, and began investigations T Sudhakar, Inspector said. (INN)
