Kanpur: Three persons have been arrested for their alleged involvement in betting on IPL matches here, police said today.
Ramu Yadav, Veer Singh and Govind were arrested yesterday here by Barra police.
Rs 12,000 cash, a television set, and a register with more than dozens of betting slips were seized from their possession following the raid, they said.
Investigations are on in the matter and more such raids are in the offing, said police.
