Mumbai, April 15: The Special Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA) court today granted bail to three accused in the 2003 Mulund bomb blast case.
This takes the number of accused in the case who have got bail to 12.
The court today gave bail to Dr Abdul Ansari, Noor Abdul Malik and Kamal Anasri. The trio had applied for bail saying that trial had been delayed and they were behind the bars for the past eight years.
The alleged key accused, Saquib Nachan was granted bail by the court on January 31 this year.
The Mulund blast occurred on March 13, 2003, killing 12 persons and injuring 71.
