I think it is positive for him so we feel happy for that: SRK on Salman’s acquittal

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan is happy for Salman Khan as the latter has been acquitted of all charges in the 2002 hit-and run case. The Bombay High Court on Thursday had given its verdict in the 13 year-old case.

Talking about the court’s decision, Shah Rukh said, “On a very personal level, not getting into anything bigger or generic, he’s my friend, my colleague and we know each other since several years. And if something good happens to him, all of us are also going to be happy.”

“In whichever way the judgment has gone, I think it is positive for him so we feel happy for that. But I haven’t spoken to him, we’ve just been working so whenever I find a bit of time, I’ll go and meet him.”

Shah Rukh will make an appearance in Salman’s ‘Bigg Boss’ next weekend to promote his latest – ‘Dilwale’.

The two have worked together in three films – ‘Karan Arjun’, ‘Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam’ and ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’.
