Hyderabad: Experts in their recent research have disclosed that taking tea regularly can prevent obesity.
The research team of Kobe University of Japan said that a cup of green tea and black tea has ingredients which prevent increase of weight of the body.
The experts conducted experiment on two groups of people. A group of persons was given green tea whereas the other group was given black tea. It was proved that both types of tea play an important role in keeping the cholesterol level to the minimum. They also reduce the quantity of glucose in blood and maintain the insulin level under control.
