Justice Markandey Katju wrote on his blogspot that there was no ISIS before the invasion of Iraq and bombing of Syria. He also said “Those acts created ISIS”.

Hundreds of thousands of people killed and wounded in Iraq and Syria and millions displaced, had fathers, sons, daughters, wives, husbands, brothers, sisters. However, he said “I am not justifying the Paris attack. All that I am saying is that it was an inevitable consequence of what some people did”
