New Delhi: In 2015, during the Bihar election campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said that in order to gain victory, political parties used to ‘distribute’ reservations just before the election.
On 9th January 2019, Mr. Modi said that 10 percent quota for the poor among the upper castes in government jobs and higher education institutions is a “historic step”.
It may be mentioned that the General Election 2019 is approaching near.
If we believe to what Mr. Modi had said in 2015, a question arises, Is PM also following the same strategy to win the election?
