The 54-year-old, who was forced to resign on Sunday night, had last tweeted at 11:16 PM on April 16.
The tweet read: “Thanks for all the support & good wishes. U (You) folks are the new India. We will ‘be the change’ we wish to see in our country. But not w’out pain!”
Earlier, Tharoor’s longest silence was for 52 hours, between April 14 and April 16.
