Kolkata, January 13: KK Birla group company Texmaco posted a net profit of Rs.22.23 crore in the third quarter, compared to Rs.15.42 crore netted in the corresponding period last fiscal, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
The board of the wagon manufacturer has also co-opted Ramesh Maheshwari, who has been the company’s president and chief executive for nearly 50 years, as its executive vice chairman, the statement said.
