Hyderabad: For the first time after the formation of Telangana State, Teachers’ Eligibility Test 2016 was conducted peacefully. Convener of the test, Mr. Jaganath Reddy told that at some places there were problems but on the whole the test went off peacefully. He informed in paper I of TET, 87.1% candidates attempted whereas in paper II 91.83% candidates wrote the test. Mr. Reddy also informed that its key would be released today.
It may be mentioned that TET was scheduled to be held on 1st May but due to the non-cooperation of private educational institutions, it had to be postponed. This time, TET was held in Govt. educational institutions only.
