Mumbai, July 23: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, who contributed with highest runs in both Test and ODI cricket, is the highest tax payer too.
The batting maestro paid a whopping Rs 8.1 crore as tax this fiscal.
The Indian run machine is still ahead of all the Indian cricket stars when it comes to total earnings. Indian skipper M S Dhoni stands second in the list, followed by Virender Sehwag.
Tendulkar has been maintaining this spot for the last three years in a row, with a steady level of over eight crore rupees.
