The tender approved for Urdu programmes held during Jashn-e-Telangana functions has created discord among Minority Welfare officials. It is said that high officials of Minority Welfare were not happy from the way in which the tender was approved. This is the reason that it created discord among some key officers.
Minority Welfare had finalised 11 programmes in connection with Jashn-e-Telangana, of which 9 were related to Urdu. Tenders were invited for stage and other arrangements for all those programmes.
Although Jashn-e-Telangana celebrations ended a week ago, but mutual dispute among the officials on tender issue is still continued which can have an impact on Minority Welfare’s performance.
