Temple on uninhabited masjid land near Dargah Husain Shah Vali

Scores of uninhabited masajid in and around the city are constantly being desecrated. Towering buildings are being constructed on the waqf lands under those masajid. Thanks to our apathy, miscreants are emboldened to construct even temples in the masjid premises.

An ancient masjid is located at a distance from Dagah Hazrat Husain Shah Vali at Shaikpet. There is a pond adjacent to the masjid better known as Aalamgir masjid. But sadly due to criminal negligence of Muslims, miscreants tried to obliterate the masjid. A temple admeasuring 10×10 has been constructed at the path leading to the masjid. The masjid in very precarious condition while magnificent buildings have been built around it. There is large Muslim population residing at walking distance from the masjid. They could have performed namaz by going to the masjid on foot but they didn’t do so, as a result the miscreants took full advantage of the apathy of Muslims and constructed the temple right at the path leading to masjid. A dargah is also located at a small distance away from the uninhabited masjid, whose epitaph has been dug up by the miscreants, and the dargah has almost gone out of sight due to towering buildings surrounding it.
