Hyderabad, November 03: The Telugu Shakti has demanded the Governor Mr E.S.L Narasimhan to immediately dismiss the government headed by Mr K Rosaiah, as it has failed to control the Telangana protagonists from indulging in unruly actions during the A P Formation day celebrations.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, the Telugu Shakti president, Mr B.V. Ram said that there was no objection for some people demanding separation of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh.
He demanded the Centre to create Separate South India and give up the idea of separation of the State. He alleged that North India was dominating the South India and it has looted the minerals and treasures of the South. He called upon the leaders of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and some districts of Maharashtra and Orissa to come together to fight for Separate South India.
He condemned the Telangana leaders for demanding erection of Komaram Bheem statue by demolishing Potti Sriramulu statue at Tank Bund. He said that there was no objection for erecting Komaram Bheem statue on Tank Bund, but they would not tolerate if any existing statue was demolished. He wanted the Government to organize a meeting of all freedom fighters from the three regions and abide by their suggestions. He demanded the State government to immediately arrest the leaders who were provoking the students to commit suicides. The City president Mr Vamsee, city secretary Mr Srinivas, were also present.
