Since telangana telugu desham forum favours the formation of separate telangana state and since this forum does not want to harm to cause of statehood, thus decision has been taken.
Telugu desham leaders who belong to different parts of the state are of the opinion that as Telugu desham represents all parts of the state are of the opinion that as telugu desham represents all parts of the state, it should participate in the by elections and should demonstrate its force and strength contrasting this contention Telugu Desham Telangana leaders insist that participation in the by election will make telangana people hostile, thus in the telangana region the Telugu Desham will suffer a heavy loss.
