Hyderabad, May 04: (Siasat News): Bad economic situation, imposition of financial emergency can be needed, Mr. Y Ram Krishmdo former state Financial Minister said.
Mr. Ram was expressing his views about the letter which was sent to the Prime Minister by the state Governor. He maintained that the Governor’s letter was unconstitutional.
If he wanted to send a letter pertaining to the preventing situation of the state he should have addressed it to the president of India. He accused A.P governor of imposing indirectly the president rule. He added, in the presence of the elected government it was not acceptable.
Mr. Ram demanded that the letter should be made public. It was, first time that the Governor had been forced to inform the Centre about the State’s affair.
He blamed congress for the bankruptcy of the state.
