Telanganaites in gulf countries forced to starve

Hyderabad, January 14: Few days ago TRS leaders made representation with chief minister Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy to support distressed workers of Telangana working in gulf countries and told him “most of the people from here went to gulf countries in search of livelihood, but as they didn’t get jobs they are forced to live on roads and suffer starvation, while hundreds are imprisoned in jails.

Infact the trend of heading for gulf countries for earning livelihood started in 70s which continues till today. Though their financial conditions change to a little extent yet they lose real happiness being away from their near and dear ones.

Today Hyderabad has transformed into an IT hub. There are more than 250 multinational companies which provide job to lakhs of students. Thousands of youth from neighbouring states like, Chennai, Karnataka, Bengal, Bihar, UP, Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chandigarh and Tamil Nadu get a whopping sum of 30 -70 thousand pm and live a prosperous life while the youth belonging to Hyderabad head for gulf countries just for 15-25 thousand pm on the cost of mental worries. If they attain education with an aim, they can earn far more better than they do in gulf countries and can also live happily with the family members.
