Excise Minister T. Padma Rao on Sunday claimed that Telangana was top in the entire country in implementation of welfare schemes.
Speaking to media persons after having darshan of Lord Venkateshwara at Tirupathi Tirumala Devasthanam, the minister said that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has been working very hard for the development of Telangana State.
Padma Rao said that he wished for the development of both Telugu States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. (INN)
