HYDERABAD: Team from Telangana Rifle Association won Silver Medal in the 60th National Shooting Championship,Rifle and Pistol, junior Men category, Pune, Maharasthra.
Abid Ali Khan and Mohammed Abdul Shahid scored 607 points and 602 points respectively. Both won silver medal. Syed Mohammed Mahmood secured 598 points got Silver medal in junior men category.
This is the second time Abid secure medal in the Shooting Championship.
It is to be noted that Abid Ali Khan is the son of Dr. Saber Ali Khan and grandson of Dr. Shahid Ali Khan, younger brother of Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan congratulated Abid Ali Khan and others for winning the Silver medals.
