Hyderabad, December 9: A dharna is arranged demanding the formation of Telangana state at Gun Park opposite assembly building today December 9, at 2 o’clock by Telangana Muslim Joint Action Committee headed by Mr. Mohammad Mushtaq Malik president Telangana Muslim Joint Action Committee and President Tahreek Muslim Shabban.
A meeting was held at Sadaqat house Malakpet by Muslim Joint action committee in this connection in which dilly dallying on formation of Telangana state regardless of Union Home Minister Chidambaram’s statement on December 9 last year was strongly criticized.
In a joint statement JAC leaders appealed Muslims to participate in dharna at Gun Park following Zohr prayers and attend public meeting to be held at NTR stadium at 4 o’clock in large number.
