Telangana JAC to observe Vidrohadinam

Hyderabad, October 24: Telangana political joint action committee (T-JAC) called upon all the elected representatives of the Telangana region not to take part in Andhra Pradesh state formation day celebrations on November 1 and also wanted the people of the region to observe ‘Vidrohadinam’ on that day.

Speaking to reporters T-JAC chairman Professor M Kodandaram said here today, that as a part of the 6-day protest programmes, all T-JAC units would release Vidrohadinam posters on October 27 and launch a signature campaign for separate statehood on the next day. On October 29 all the JAC units would approach the elected public representatives asking them to boycott November 1 state formation day celebrations.

On October 30, they would organise district-level students’ conventions on Vidrohadinam and expose the injustice done to the region from 1956. All the JAC units would organise rallies On October 31 and November 1 and hoist black flags in all government and non-governmental buildings. They would also take out processions on all the National Highways and state highways all over the Telangana region.
