Central Minister, Mr. Vayalar Ravi told that no decision has been taken so far to merge TRS into Congress Party. About the formation of Telangana also, no decision has been taken yet. The issue of change of leadership in A.P. is not under consideration with the Congress High Command.
Mr. Vayalar Ravi, who is making an attempt to resolve Telanagana issue told this. He further told that Congress High Command is serious in resolving Telangana issue. It is considering from every aspect. He told that Mr. K.Chandrasekhara Rao met him twice. He has expressed the need for the formation of separate Telanagana State. He didn’t say anything about merging TRS in Congress Party. He disclosed that there is a difference of opinion on the formation of Telangana. Some are in favor of it and many others are against it. Congress Party is reviewing the matter very scrupulously and a decision would be taken soon
