Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Sunday claimed that Telangana State has growing at a rapid pace under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Speaking after launching the Mission Kakatiya works in Enugallu of Parvatagiri mandal of Warangal district, the Deputy CM claimed that the TRS Government has been striving hard to ensure the development of farmers. He said that the Chief Minister took special interest to improve the power supply position to ensure that the crops were not lost. Besides implementing the promises that it made with the people in election manifesto, the TRS Government has introduced several innovative schemes which are being enforced with huge success. He said people were extremely happy with the performance of TRS Government.
Kadiyam said that the Water Grid project would ensure tap water supply to all the households in the State. Speaking about the RTC strike, he said that the Telangana Govenment sympathise with the workers. However, he accused the TDP leders of trying to gain political mileage out of the strike.
The Deputy CM announced that a DWCRA Community Hall would be constructed at Enugallu at a cost of Rs 20 lakh. He also assured that the local tank would be resorted soon. He said establishment of a welfare hostel would also be considered.
Addressing the gathering, TRS MP B Vinod Kumar said unlike previous crop season, farmers are not facing any shortage of electricity this season. He promised that the energy crisis would be resolved fully in the next two years.
