Hyderabad: The India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad has issued heavy rainfall warning for Telangana state over the next four days likely to continue until September 26.
According to the data received, heavy rains that occurred across the state over the last few days have improved the cumulative rainfall for the season as the state has received 730.8 mm rainfall as against a normal of 720.7 mm from June 1 to September 22, TOI reports.
A cyclonic circulation lies over the west-Central Bay of Bengal of AP coast claim meteorologists.
“Thus, warm and moist winds are blowing over Hyderabad continuously. Due to these moist winds, few spells of moderate to heavy showers accompanied with gusty winds are likely to further affect the city,” read weather report from Skymet.
“The day temperatures which were being recorded at around 33 degrees since the last two days will now decrease significantly and settle down at around 27 to 28 degree Celsius during the coming days. The night temperatures however will remain unchanged and will be recorded between 22 to 23 degree Celsius,” added the weather report.
