According to IT Minister K. Tarakarama Rao at Indo-Global Healthcare Summit said that Telangana government plans to allocate double the budget for Healthcare.
Telangana government had publicized that a super specialty hospital on the lines of Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) at Hyderabad will be set up in each district.
Every mandal will have a Primary health centres and area hospitals.
Hyderabad has become the hub of medical tourism in the region and his governments will double the allocation of budget from the present 2% to 4% in the state budget said KTR.
