Telangana HC accords permission for Exhibition

Hyderabad: Telangana High Court accorded permission for holding All India Industrial Exhibition 2020 after scrutinizing ‘No Objection Certificates’ issued by various departments.

It may be noted that after the fire accident of 2019, a city Advocate had filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition which was heard by the chief justice of High Court.

On instructions from Telangana High Court, Exhibition Society had constructed water sumps and laid underground electricity cables. An action plan to face an emergency situation was also prepared.

The petition filed by Khaja Ajazuddin, an advocate was heard at 10.30 a.m. on 31 December 2019.

After the arguments of Advocate General of TS govt., Telangana High Court permitted Exhibition Society to hold exhibition this year.

TS High Court has also issued guidelines for erecting stalls in the exhibition.
