Blaming the state government for not being serious in securing and restoring the Waqf properties, senior communist leader and ex-MP (Rajya Sabha) Mr. Syed Aziz Pasha told that delay in implementation of orders to bulldoze the illegal function halls constructed on Toli Masjid Waqf Land was a clear proof that government of Telangana was giving full support to the people responsible for destruction of Waqf properties. Addressing a dharna programme for Toli masjid Waqf land staged jointly by Deccan Waqf Protection Society and Tanzeem-e-Insaf Greater Hyderabad here at Indira Park Dharna Chowk, he said that the land grabbers were getting emboldened due to lackadaisical governance.
He assured that CPI and Tanzeem-e-Insaf would continue its struggle until all the Waqf lands were restored not just Toli Masjid Waqf land.
Chairman Moment for Peace and Justice Maulana Hamed Mohammed Khan demanded that the Telangana government immediately pull down the function halls constructed on 15200 sqyds Waqf land of Toli Masjid.
